滚动轴承是将运转的轴与轴座之间的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,从而减少摩擦损失的一种精密的机械元件。滚动轴承一般由内圈、外圈、滚动体和保持架四部分组成,内圈的作用是与轴相配合并与轴一起旋转;外圈作用是与轴承座相配合,起支撑作用;滚动体是借助于保持架均匀的将滚动体分布在内圈和外圈之间,其形状大小和数量直接影响着滚动轴承的使用性能和寿命;保持架能使滚动体均匀分布,防止滚动体脱落,引导滚动体旋转起润滑作用。
过盈连接过盈连接是利用零件间的配合过盈来实现连接。这种连接结构简单,定心精度好,可承受转矩,轴向力或两者复合的载荷,而且承载能力高,在冲击振动载荷下也能较可靠的工作;缺点是结合面加工精度要求较高,装配不便,虽然连接零件无键槽削弱,但配合面边缘处应力集中较大。过盈连接主要用在重型机械。(b)优点:是定心性和工艺性好,装配方便,尤其适用于锥形轴与轮毂的连接,如图(b)所示。缺点:是轴上键槽较深,对轴的强度削弱较大,故一般只用于轻载的静连接中。3)楔键连接优点:是能对轮毂起到单向轴向固定的作用或承受单向的轴向载荷。缺点:是在楔紧时破坏了轴与轮毂的对中性。4)切向键连接切向键优点:传递载荷大。
